Do you do virtual visits?

We conduct virtual visits by video call upon request. We can do so using the video call provider of your choice (FaceTime, Skype, WhatsApp, etc). To add, we also have Matterport tours available for all units. These can be found on our property page.

How do I pay my rent?

Our preferred method for rent payment is by e-transfer, bank transfer or cheque.

What’s the process of signing a lease in Quebec?

  1. Book an in-person or virtual viewing of the apartment 
  2. Fill out our "Lease Application"
  3. Due diligence period - your application gets reviewed
  4. Send your first month deposit & sign your lease

What do I need for a lease application?

Everything that you need for your lease application is indicated directly on the "Lease Application"

My lease application is approved, what’s next?

Coordinate your move-in date & time with the administration

Do you offer the option for furnished units?

Not all of our units come furnished but it never hurts to ask! Depending on the unit, we can accomodate for an added monthly fee.

How do I get internet and television in my apartment?

To get internet, phone and/or television in your apartment please call a local provider. Three major providers in Canada include Virgin, Bell & Videotron, for example.
